By installing and using LongShot ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

License

Free Version

The free version of LongShot is available at no cost and includes basic screenshot functionality. You may use it for personal or commercial purposes.

Pro Version

LongShot Pro is a one-time purchase that grants you a lifetime license to use premium features. Your license includes:

• Watermark removal
• Custom viewport width
• Priority support
• Lifetime updates
• Use on unlimited devices with the same email

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Share your Pro license key publicly or resell it
• Use the Extension to capture content that violates copyright or other laws
• Use the Extension in a way that harms or disrupts our services
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent license validation

Payments & Refunds

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. We do not store your payment information.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with LongShot Pro, contact us at contact@hansonmediagroup.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Screenshots will capture every website perfectly (some sites may have restrictions)
• The Extension will be compatible with all future Chrome updates

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HANSON MEDIA GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and use screenshots of any content. LongShot is a tool - how you use it is your responsibility.

Important: Capturing copyrighted content (e.g., Netflix, paid courses) may violate terms of service or copyright laws. Use responsibly.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Pro licenses if we detect:

• Abuse or violation of these terms
• Fraudulent payment or chargeback
• Public sharing or reselling of license keys

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Extension at any time. For Pro users, we will provide reasonable notice before making significant changes that affect core functionality.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify Pro users of material changes via email.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
